Living assistance post cosmetic surgery for 3 days

I am coming to Kaunas, Lithuania next year for cosmetic surgery.
I would like living assistance for the 3 days post op.
I am a 59 year old woman coming from London.
I will be having a facelift and the apartment will be next door to the clinic with a nurse coming in daily.
This will just be to prepare meals and help with any daily needs I may require so some flexibility on hours.
